On Track - Youth Residential Care located at Yeppoon in Central Queensland is a brand new service being run by Queensland Baptist Care, established with funding from the Department of Child Safety.  This program is designed to house, skill and give professional counselling support to young people aged 12 - 17 that have endured abuse and neglect.  We have designed our program to suit these young people staying with us for 6 - 18 months providing a carefully planned intervention that has a chance to make a real difference at a vulnerable stage of life.
