Situated near the QUT Kelvin Grove Campus, Hilltop Gardens at 23 Rochester Terrace, Normanby, has 12 independent living units, 30 nursing places and 71 hostel beds.
Hilltop Units are occupied on a rental basis. All units have spacious living and dining rooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and laundry and a roomy sheltered balcony for sunny days. Units are either one or two bedroom. Independent living unit tenants are encouraged to enjoy some of the activities organised in the main hostel building including concerts and Christmas functions.
